Can someone name this song and band?

I forget the band and song completely, but heres some info. The music video has a clown, and some other weird stuff. and this band from what i know is death metal, but kinda changed and the song is more grudge. For some reason i keep thinking its carcass, but idk. I think it was on beavis and butt-head also. Can some one please help in what band and song it is.
