How do i get off of my bike in pokemon white, i used a code and i cant get off?

I was playing pokemon white and I also had the action replay. To travel faster, I found a code that lets me move on a bike, twice as fast. But, now I cant get off of the bike. My pokemon are also not gaining any exp, and I don't have the x0 exp cheat on. How do I get off of my bike and get exp?
